Thank you for supporting Aloha Cowgirl! Please take a moment to review our store policies before placing your order.
Order Processing
• Standard processing time is 3–5 business days. During high-volume times (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
• Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
Sizing & Custom Orders
• All sets are custom-made and come with 10 nails per set.
• Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using our sizing kit or following our measurement guide closely.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for sizing errors made by the customer.
Shipping
• Once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, Aloha Cowgirl is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues.
• If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect and the package has already shipped, it cannot be changed.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or goes unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for a $5 reship fee.
• Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for review.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
• Due to the handmade, custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• If you received the wrong item or there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kalani@alohacowgirlnails.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
